Tips for whiter teeth
Now that the holidays are approaching and with it the meals and dinners, we all want to go as handsome as possible. One of the things that attracted the most attention is a pretty smile, sparkling and white. That’s why we give you some tricks to get it.
1- Having a proper dental hygiene by brushing your teeth daily after each meal (or at least 2 times a day for 2/3 minutes). Change your toothbrush (or electric toothbrush head) every 3 months avoid accumulating bacteria and moisture affect your oral health.
During brushing you can use special whitening toothpastes to help them to be more white.
2- Watch your eating habits. Avoid taking many citrus fruits and drinking beverages that cause tooth stains (coffee, black tea, soft drinks, sports drinks …), eat high sugar foods, liquids hot or cold foods and eating act as “natural cleaners” (apples or carrots for example).
3- Avoid smoking as suscomponentes chemicals cause stained teeth and bad breath generated.
4- Visit your dentist regularly. Try to do it every six months for a checkup and teeth cleaning.
